Who do you see?
- We primarily see and speacalize in patients who are first responders, active / veteran military, healthcare workers, and their immediate family members
- We do welcome any and everyone who is need of mental health care
- We treat patients ages 13 and older, patient must be able to engage in Telehealth
I have no connection to the above community will you see me?
- At Beyond the Sirens we understand the struggle to find a mental health provider. While we are a practice based around first responders, active / veterans military, healthcare workers, and their immediate families, that does not mean we will not see you
What mental health conditions do you see?
- We will see and treat patients who have been diagnosed with :
- Depression
- Anxiety
- ADHD
- PTSD
- Bipolar 1 and 2
- PMDD
- Post-partum depression / anxiety
- Anxiety and depression during pregnancy
- Personality disorders
- Trauma
- Adjustment Disorders
- Mild to moderate eating disorder
- Mild to moderate substance use disorders
What conditions we cannot treat:
- Schizophrenia
- Substance disorders that require withdrawal monitoring
- Acute psychosis
- Patients who cannot actively engage in Telehealth
What states do you see patients in?
At this time, we can only see patients,. whom are residents in the state of Texas
I have questions how do I ask them?
- Billing questions- in the patient portal select billing
- Scheduling questions- in the patient portal select scheduling
- Medical questions- in the patient portal select medical
What do I do in the event of an emergency?
- During business hours (Monday - Friday 8a-5p) please call the office, if you are unable to reach the office on the first attempt, please leave a message and call 911
-After hours, please call 911 or seek care at your local emergency room / mental health hospital
